Join RELI Kenya for a session at the Global Education Summit:

RELI is a network of education actors from across East Africa, collectively focused on improving learning outcomes.  RELI Kenya will host a conversation amongst members on persistent barriers to improved learning outcomes, and hear innovative member-driven solutions from the grassroots that are working to address these barriers.   This will be followed by a panel discussion where members will discuss about innovations they have used to address identified barriers, share impact as a result of the interventions and insights from the process. They will also discuss the potential of replicability and the scale of those innovations.

The theme of the session will be Improving Learning Outcomes for Children Furthest Behind.

The session will take place on July 26th, 2021 from 1-3pm EAT (11am-1pm BST).

The presenters of the session will include Deborah Kimathi – CEO, Dignitas and RELI Country Lead

Dr Joyce Kinyanjui – Managing Director, ziziAfrique. This will be followed by the panel discussion with

Doris Kiogora, PACE, Country Director (Kenya), Diana Mwai, Educate!, Program Director (Kenya),Caroline Thiong’o, APHRC, Researcher (Kenya) and Winny Cherotich, PAL Network, Senior Program Officer (Kenya)

This will be moderated byDr Moses Ngware, Senior Research Scientist, and Head of Education and Youth Empowerment research unit at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC)
